# 查询静态商品

查询当前账户可见商品、客户价格及库存快照。

所有路径均使用[统一 API 令牌认证](/developers/authentication/static-hmac)。响应封装、业务编号和通用错误处理见[静态 API 概览](/developers/api/static-supply)。接口合同不代表目标环境已开放或完成真实供应商验收。

## 请求

`GET /openapi/v1/static/offers`

可选查询参数：`countryCode`（三字码）、`cityCode`、`ispType`（`1` 或 `2`）。无请求体。

## 返回

HTTP 200 的 `data.items[]` 包含 `offerId`、地区、`ispType`、`durationDays`、`unitPriceCents`、`pricingSource`、`availableCount`、`purchasable` 和 `capabilities`；同时返回 `inventorySyncedAt`。`pricingSource` 为 `customer` 或 `retail`。库存时间是快照，报价和采购时仍需重新校验。

## 错误与重试

参数无效先修正；商品不可购买或期限不匹配可能在后续写入返回 `10701`。429 按 `Retry-After` 等待，500/503 可有限重试读取。
